Our Team

We believe that one of our main strengths as a company is the quality of our people. We have a dynamic and established team, and have deliberately kept all our design and construction operations in-house since we started in 2003. We believe that there is no substitute for this level of experience in what is still a relatively new industry. Our key personnel are:

Tim Evans Owner and Managing Director, Tim co-founded Gartenart in 2003. He also co-founded the British Association of Natural Swimming Pools (BANSP) and sits on its board
Melina De Biasio Head of Operations, Melina has been at Gartenart since 2014 and is a qualified landscape architect with over 20 years of experience in the UK and Argentina
Melinda La Mantia Head of Design, Melinda is a qualified landscape architect, joined Gartenart in 2016 and has over 15 years of experience in the UK, Italy and Spain

Adriana Pietowska Construction project manager, Adriana has been with us since 2016 and will be your main point of contact during the construction stage
Dean Stark Head Foreman. Dean joined us in 2014 and has worked on over 100 swimming ponds, most as foreman or overviewing as head foreman
Gareth Manning Technology Manager. Gareth joined us in 2015 and has worked on the construction of over 100 swimming ponds, most as foreman. Now office based, he looks after all aspects of our technology.
